  • For Time
  • 1 to 15 to 1 Reps (Ascending/Descending Breathing Ladder) of:
  • Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
  • Burpees
  • Double-Unders
  • Breath
  • Time Cap: 60 minutes

The flow is 1 Kettlebell Swing, 1 Burpee, 1 Double-Under, 1 Breath, then 2 Kettlebell Swings, 2 Burpees, 2 Double-Unders, 2 Breaths…counting up to 15 reps and then back to 1 rep each movement (pyramid rep scheme).

If breathing prescription is not sustainable, mark where you failed and complete workout breathing as normal.

Score is the time on the clock then the last repetition of Double-Unders is completed or when unable to continue with prescribed breathing.

Background: This memorial workout is dedicated to Anne DiCarlo who passed away after a fight with cancer on April 5, 2019.

Anne was a former member of Garage Gym Athlete @garagegymathlete. Anne loved her husband and children to the moon and back, without limits, with complete joy and commitment.

This workout was designed in her memory by Coach Jerred Moon of End of Three Fitness @eo3_fit.
