2015 Dakota Games Finals WOD #5
- AMRAP in 8 minutes
- 10 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
- 10 Alternating Pistols
- 200 meter Run
On an 8-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 8-minute clock stops.
Box Jump Over: The athlete will jump off of two feet, land on top of the Box with two feet, and then finish on the other side of the box. Step-Ups will not be allowed. There is no requirement to open the hips.
Pistol: The Pistol begins and ends with the athlete standing on one leg with the hip of the working leg open and knee straight. The athlete will perform a one-legged squat with the hip crease passing below the knee. At no time many any body part aside from the working foot touch the ground. The athlete must alternate legs for each successful rep.
