  • 10 Squat Clean Thrusters (95/65 lb)

On a 7-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 7-minute clock stops.

Movement Standards

Rope Climb: The athlete will climb to the top of the rope and touch their fingers to the chain. Athletes must control their descent. You may not drop/ghost ride down. Doing so will result in a no rep.

Squat Clean Thruster: The athlete will perform a Squat Clean, right into a standard Thruster. The Bar will start on the ground and cleaned to the front rack, the hip crease must pass below the knee before the Bar ascends overhead. The movement ends with the Bar overhead and in line with the body, with knees, hips, shoulders, and elbows fully extended. A second knee bend during the thruster will result in a no rep.
