Background: This hero workout is dedicated to Police Officer Destin Legieza, Brentwood PD, TN, who was killed in the line of duty after a drunk driver hit his patrol car head-on, on June 18, 2020.

Among his other awards, Officer Legieza was awarded the Purple Heart and the Medal of Valor.

The workout was designed by Coach Hayden Setser @hayden.setser, owner of Crossfit Mephobia @crossfitmephobia (Gardendale, AL, USA).
