- 10 Dumbbell Squat Cleans (2x50/35 lb)

- Add 2 reps to each movement per round until failure.
At 0:00 on the clock, complete 10 reps of chest-to-bar pull-ups, dumbbell squat cleans, and calories on the rower. Once completed, rest until the 4:00 mark. At the 4:00, complete 12 of each movement. Rest until the 8:00. Continue adding 2 reps to each movement until you cannot complete the workload in the given 4:00 time period.
Score is last round completed + number of reps. For example, if you completed the round 16 and get 18 dumbbell squat cleans, your score is 16+ 36 (18 chest-to-bar pull-ups and 18 dumbbell squat cleans).
