With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must perform Deadlifts and ‘Cindy’ which consists of 5 Pull-Ups, 10 Push-Ups, and 15 Air Squats.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of ‘Cindy’ is completed.
