Background: This workout is dedicated to Navy sailor Dakota “Superman” Kinkton who was killed on March 5, 2019 a week after he got hit by a drunk driver.

Dakota was an amazing person, father, husband, son, and brother to all VP-45. He is a smart, witty guy, who loved the little things in life: his dogs, his motorcycle, his children, and his wife.

Laura Kinkton, mother of Dakota, said he got the nickname “Superman” from his six years of U.S. Navy service. “At his work when anything needed to be done, Kody was the go-to guy,” she recalled.
