Background: This workout is dedicated to the memory of the soldiers who lost their lives in the D-Day landings of the Allied invasion of Normandy (Operation Overlord) during World War II.

The largest seaborne invasion in history, Operation Overlord began the liberation of German-occupied northwestern Europe and contributed to the Allied victory on the Western Front. Operation Overlord ended on August 25, 1944, when Paris was liberated.

The workout was designed by GoRuck @goruck for the 77th anniversary of D-Day in 2021.
