  • Three 6-minute AMRAPs in 20 minutes
  • Buy-in: 800 meter Run
  • Then, AMRAP:
  • 12 Front Squats (45/30 kg)
  • 12 Pull-Ups
  • Then, 1 minute Rest

With a running clock start the first 6-minute AMRAP with an 800 meter Run. In the remaining time perform the front squats and pull-ups. Rest from 6:00-7:00 then repeat twice more. Score is total reps completed in the three AMRAPs.

This British Hero WOD is dedicated to Cpl Si Miller of the British Royal Military Police - one of six who were killed in an incident at Al Majar Al Kabir, Iraq on Tuesday 24 June 2003. They were shot by a mob while on a patrol of police stations. The killing of the Red Caps by an angry mob in the then British-occupied Maysan Province of southern Iraq, remains one of the most controversial episodes involving British troops in that country who were meant to be helping train the emerging Iraqi police force.
