- AMRAP in 18 minutes
- 400 meter Run
- 18 Air Squats
- 200 meter Run
- 18 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
On an 18-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 18-minute clock stops.
Feel that leg pump as you push your pace through a whole lot of running, jumping, and squatting.

Forced into Coronavirus Quarantine, Coach Jared Case @jcase26 of CrossFit Kennett Square @cfksq (Kennett Square, PA, USA) tailored their workouts to match the in-gym experience with at-home substitutions in order to keep everyone engaged and moving.
