Background: This British Hero WOD is dedicated to Colin Cope (Copey) from Sutton Coldfield who was killed 10 November 2007 in the Umm Qasr area of Iraq when insurgents attacked his convoy with a large IED. Copey was providing convoy security escorts as part of the reconstruction effort in the country. He had recently left the British Army where he served in The Royal Green Jackets for around 19 years, serving in Iraq, Northern Ireland, Kosovo, Bosnia and various other parts of the world. Colin was 38 when he died and is survived by his wife Collette and children Dan, Nat and Caitlin. Copey was "a gifted instructor, great soldier and one of the nicest people you could hope to meet."

We first found this workout on CrossFit Essex' (Essex, UK) Wodvember WOD catalogue, where they programmed the workout for November 9, 2014.
