2019 CrossFit Lowlands Throwdown WOD #3
- AMRAP in 16 minutes
- 4 Bar Muscles-Ups
- 8 Handstand Push-Ups
- 16 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (22.5/15 kg)
This workout begins with the athlete standing under the pull-up bar. After the call of “3,2,1 … go,” the athlete will perform 4 bar muscle-ups, 8 handstand push-ups and 16 dumbbell snatches (alternating). After completing the last dumbbell snatch, the athlete moves back to the pull-up bar for the next round. The athlete’s score will be the total number of repetitions completed within the 16-minute time cap. There is no tiebreak for this workout.
About the wod
In 2019, the CTL took place on May 31-June 2 at Omnisport Apeldoorn, Netherlands and hosted the following divisions: Individual Male, Individual Female, Masters 35-39, Masters 40+, and Team (2 Male, 2 Female). The winner of Individual and Tem categories earned a spot to the 2019 Reebok CrossFit® Games in Madison, WI, USA.
