In kettlebell competitions, a Long Cycle (LC) is a Clean-and-Jerk. Put some long cycles in with some cycling (Assault Bike to be exact) and you get Cycle Long Cycle (CLC). These two together are a serious recipe for a killer workout.

This "CLC" WOD was created by Cavemantraining's coach Taco Fleur, who submitted it to us in January 2018.
