Row: The athlete must row until the required calories are reached. It is not allowed to get off the rower until the required calories are indicated on the monitor. The athlete can never touch the monitor, but can adjust the dumper to any value, but not in position “1.”
Toes-to-Bar: The initial position is with the athlete hanging from the bar with his feet off the ground and his arms extended. The repetition begins with the heels behind the vertical line of the bar. In the top position, the athlete will clearly have to touch the bar with both feet between his hands. It is not necessary for the feet to touch at the same time, but there must be at least a moment when both feet are touching the bar.

Background: “CrossFit Italian Showdown Qualifier 20.1” (a.k.a: “CIS Qualifier 20.1”) was the 1st of 3 WODs for the 2020 CrossFit Italian Showdown competition.
The biggest community gathering in Europe – with over 8,000 people in 3 days, 288 affiliates from 23 countries and 1,000 competitors on site – is now a CrossFit, Inc. sanctioned event rewarding the male and female winners with the invitation to compete at the 2020 CrossFit Games.
The uniqueness of the CrossFit Italian Showdown lied in the fact that up to 1,500 competitors are admitted to the first day of the Live event. Everybody can feel the energy of the arena, have fun and prove his/her fitness, no matter his/her age or skill level.
