- AMRAP in 20 minutes
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Push-Ups
- 15 Air Squats
On a 20-minute clock, as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) perform the prescribed work in the order written.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions before the 20-minute clock stops.
About the wod
Background: CrossFit Games athlete Jacob Heppner @jheppner66 posted a demo of this workout to his YouTube channel on December 21, 2019, with the caption “Got 20 Minutes? No Equipment? THE PERFECT WORKOUT!” He said based the workout on Cindy, but because he didn’t have a pull-up bar, he changed the workout to include burpees instead of pull-ups.
Heppner performed the AMRAP on a pier over the water as the sunset and his video went almost dark before he finished. By the end, the viewer could only hear him working. After the workout, Heppner addressed the audience and said, “I know you can’t probably see me right now…hardest part, all the stinking burpees…I think I was around 26, 27, 28 rounds, I don’t know…”
