About the wod
Background: This workout is dedicated to Chief Daryl Rollins who died of a cardiac arrest after responding to a call on November 20, 2019. He was 42 years old.
He was serving his first year as fire chief and had been with the volunteer department for 11 years. Rollins had previously served as assistant chief and second assistant chief.
The workout was designed by a fellow firefighter Lt. Kara Judd @st.florianfitness. It is a part of Line of Duty Death (LODD) honor workouts for firefighters who died of cardiac causes.
