Intended Stimulus

Use a moderate Dumbbell loading that is challenging but can be performed unbroken. Today’s workout should challenge you through the speed of repetition and transition but not in the complexity or loading of the movements.
 Try not to take your hands off of the devil press, even if you rest at the bottom of the rep.
