- AMRAP in 8 minutes
- 6 Bar Facing Burpees
- 4 Deadlifts (225/155 lb)
- 2 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
On an 8-minute clock, complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible (“AMRAP“) of the prescribed work in the order written.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 8-minute clock stops.
Tips and Strategy
I picked these movements because we see them every year in the Open! With the low number of reps per round, the emphasis has to be placed on fast transitions and quality reps in order to put up a top score here.
