Background: This memorial workout is dedicated to Cassio Eduardo who was shot and killed. He was a former Brazilian soldier.

Cassio was a CrossFit trainer in Petrolina, a countryside city in Brazil. He is remembered as being very engaged with the spirit of the community and inspired people to have healthy habits.

This workout was designed by Gabriel Calado @gabrielcalado93 who is a Level 1 Trainer at CrossFit 2226 (Estrada dos Remedios, Brazil). Gabriel and Cassio worked together at Valecross, which closed in 2019.
