With a running clock, complete 4 rounds of the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“). Rest 1 minute after every round. Athlete may opt to choose any machine for the 15/10 calories.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the 15/10 calorie is completed.
