  • 20m Dual Rack Carry
  • 8 Box Jump Step Down
  • 30m Farmers Walk
  • 40 Double Unders

Challenge yourself to maintain solid positions in all of the carries as your core begins to fatigue. The work in between carries will elevate heart rate making this more challenging. Choose a weight you can continuously do the OH carry unbroken, and use that same weight for the other two carries.
