- 100 foot Plate Overhead Walking Lunges (45/35 lb)
- 30 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
- 20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
- 10 Handstand Push-Ups
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work in the order written for 4 rounds.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Handstand Push-Ups is completed.
About the wod
Background: This memorial WOD is dedicated to Capt. Gina Dixon, who was killed in a car crash in Fairfield, California on June 7, 2015. Gina Dixon was a critical-care nurse in the Air Force who served twice in Afghanistan.
Gina Dixon was one of three people killed when the driver of the pickup truck she was riding in lost control while exiting Interstate 80.
