As written, the meters and calories are the same for men and women. If these numbers are large for some athletes, work with them to find distances that allow them to complete this workout in 35 minutes or less. If unable to Schwinn Bike, complete a 90 Calorie Assault Bike. If unable to run, the following workouts are options:

60 Calorie Schwinn Bike

We first found this workout posted by CrossFit New England (CFNE), where this "Caitlin" memorial WOD was their workout of the day for Saturday, March 12, 2016. The workout was created in honor of Caitlin Clavette as "a dear friend of the CFNE community." "Caitlin tragically lost her life in an automobile accident on February 12, 2016. The rep scheme signifies the date. Caitlin loved CrossFit, and was an avid triathlete. In her races, she would raise money for the MSPCA (Mass Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals), to support her love for animals in need."
