- 10 mile Run
- Every mile, perform:
- 10 Burpees
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete 10 miles. Every 1 mile completed, perform 10 Burpees before continuing the Run.
Score is the time on the clock when the 10 mile Run is completed.
About the wod
Background: This workout is dedicated to Matt Burden @burdenmatt. Matt is one of the rockstars of the gym, Strongside @trainstrongside (Woodstock, GA, USA), and is an avid obstacle course runner and decided a good WOD to add to his training cycle was running 10 miles on the Air Runner and 10 Burpees each mile. Mitchel Black, the Head Coach and founder, noticed Matt doing this workout consistently and added it to their “Legends of the WOD” and named it the “Burden Run.”
