Score is the time on the clock when the Jumping Jacks are completed.
About the wod
Background: This workout is dedicated to Union Grove-Yorkville firefighter Brian Serdynski, 38, suffered a heart attack during an emergency call and passed away on November 2, 2019.
Born in West Allis, Wisconsin on August 8, 1981, he was the son of Edward Serdynski and Susan Robinson. His early life was spent in Hales Corners and Muskego where he attended area schools. He spent the last 18 years living in the Union Grove area and on August 15, 2015, he was united in marriage to Rachael (nee Stanton) Serdynski.
Brian was proud to serve the Union Grove – Yorkville Volunteer Fire Department as a firefighter. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and loved spending time with his children and family. He particularly enjoyed playing with his children.
Serdynski leaves behind his wife, Rachel, and three children under the age of 4.
The workout was designed by a fellow firefighter Lt. Kara Judd @st.florianfitness. It is a part of Line of Duty Death (LODD) honor workouts for firefighters who died of cardiac causes.
