“Blade Runner”

Coach Creation WOD

  • 20 minutes
  • Partner A - 60 sec Max Distance Treadmill
  • Partner B - Rest
  • *5 Burpees after each run

Partner A will run For 60 seconds while Partner B rests, once 60 seconds is up Partner A will jump off the Treadmill and Partner a jumps on to start there 60 seconds
Partner A must complete 5 Burpees after leaving the treadmill before resting for the remainder of the 60 sec

Score – Total distance covered over the 20 minutes
