This workout, created by Claire Koch and submitted to us by Joy Parrish (both from the "Girls Gone WOD" podcast and CrossFit Jai (Denver, CO)) as tribute to their friend and Claire's coworker, Bex, who passed away in a tragic car accident in June 1, 2017.

"Bex had a fierce personality and passion for life. We worked together at Kaiser Permanente and shared a love for helping people in behavioral health. She was one of the best psychologists I have ever had the privilege of knowing and learning from. Her spiked red hair, piercings and tattoos may have stood out with the adults in the clinic but the teens and kid patients loved it. Bex and I shared a love of serial killers and psychopaths, and always talked about the newest true crime podcasts we were in to. She died way too young and the behavioral health field lost a huge talent. We miss her spirit dearly."
