- 100 Burpees
- 1 Dumbbell Snatch (24/16 kg)*
- *Perform at the start of the workout and every minute on the minute, adding 1 Dumbbell Snatch every minute.
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must start with 1 Dumbbell Snatch before working on to complete 100 Burpees. Every minute on the minute (EMOM), perform 1 Dumbbell Snatch, adding one repetition every minute.
Score is the time on the clock when the 100th burpee is completed.
