  • AMRAP in 6 minutes
  • 4 Thrusters (40/25 kg)
  • 4 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • 8 Thrusters (40/25 kg)
  • 8 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • 12 Thrusters (40/25 kg)
  • 12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • If you complete the round of 12, complete a round of 16, then go on to 20, etc.

This workout begins with the barbell on the floor and the athlete standing tall. After the start of the workout, the athlete may perform 4 thrusters, then 4 chest-to-bar pull-ups. The athlete will repeat this couplet, performing 8 thrusters and 8 pull-ups, 12 and 12, 16 and 16. After the set of 16, the athlete will change the chest-to-bar pull-ups to bar muscle-ups and perform 20 thrusters and 20 bar muscle ups, 24 and 24, and so on, until the 6-minute time cap.

The athlete’s score will be the total number of repetitions completed within the 6-minute time cap.

Tiebreak: The time after the completion of the series of 20 thrusters will serve as a tiebreak.

The Brazil CrossFit Championship (BCC) Online Qualifier workout #3 - a 6-minute AMRAP couplet - was the third of four total workouts for this 2019 sanctioned CrossFit® competition.

In 2019, the BBC took place on May 17-19 in São Paulo, Brazil and hosted the following divisions: Individual Male, Individual Female, and Team (2 Male, 2 Female). The winner of each division earned a spot to the 2019 Reebok CrossFit® Games in Madison, WI, USA.
