2019 Brazilian CrossFit Championship WOD #2

  • 30 Wall Ball Shots (9/6 kg)
  • 10 Clean-and-Jerks (60/45 kg)
  • 30 Wall Ball Shots (9/6 kg)
  • 10 Clean-and-Jerks (80/55 kg)
  • 30 Wall Ball Shots (9/6 kg)
  • Max Clean-and-Jerks (100/65 kg)

This workout begins with the athlete standing under their wall-ball target with the ball on the floor. After the start of the workout, the athlete picks up the ball and starts performing wall-ball shots. After 30 completed shots, they will proceed to perform 10 clean and jerks. They will repeat this sequence 3 more times, increasing the weight of the clean and jerk each time. After the 4th series of wall ball shots, the athlete will complete as many repetitions as possible of clean and jerks at the highest weight.

The athlete’s score will be the total number of repetitions completed within the 8-minute time cap.

Tiebreak: At the end of each round of 30 wall-ball shots, time should be marked. When you submit your result, your score will be the number of reps completed. There will be another field in which you will enter the time of the last completed set of Wall ball shots, whichever that may be.

The Brazil CrossFit Championship (BCC) Online Qualifier workout #2 - an 8-minute AMRAP couplet - was the second of four total workouts for this 2019 sanctioned CrossFit® competition.

In 2019, the BBC took place on May 17-19 in São Paulo, Brazil and hosted the following divisions: Individual Male, Individual Female, and Team (2 Male, 2 Female). The winner of each division earned a spot to the 2019 Reebok CrossFit® Games in Madison, WI, USA.
