  • AMRAP in 10 minutes
  • 100 Double-Unders
  • 20 Burpee Box-Jump Overs (24/20 in)
  • 20 Toes-to-Bars
  • 15 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
  • 15 Toes-to-Bars
  • 10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24/20 in)
  • 10 Toes-to-Bars
  • 5 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
  • 5 Toes-to-Bars

Prior to starting this workout, each athlete will need to create a long straight line on the floor and place their box on the center of that line.

This workout begins with the athlete standing with their jump rope in hand. After the start of the workout, the athlete may start to perform their double-unders. After 100 double-unders, the athlete will move on to perform 20 burpee box jump-overs and after that 20 toes-to-bar. They will continue to complete 15 burpee box jumpovers, 15 toes-to-bar, 10 burpee box jump-overs, 10 toes-to-bar, 5 burpee box jump-overs and 5 toes-to-bar to complete the first round. If there is time remaining, the athlete will then move on to start their second round (starting with 100 double-unders), etc.

The athlete’s score will be the total number of repetitions completed within the 10-minute time cap.

The Brazil CrossFit Championship (BCC) Online Qualifier workout #1 - a 10-minute AMRAP - was the first of four total workouts for this 2019 sanctioned CrossFit® competition.

In 2019, the BBC took place on May 17-19 in São Paulo, Brazil and hosted the following divisions: Individual Male, Individual Female, and Team (2 Male, 2 Female). The winner of each division earned a spot to the 2019 Reebok CrossFit® Games in Madison, WI, USA.
