- 10 Minute AMRAP Ladder
- 1 Hang Power Clean 115/75#
- 1 Shoulder To Overhead 115/75#
- 1 Box Jump 24/20”
- *Every round continue adding 1 rep to all 3 movements.
This workout is a Ladder style workout.
It starts with 1 Hang Power Clean, 1 Shoulder to overhead, and 1 Box Jump.
Then round 2 is: 2 Hang Power Cleans, 2 Shoulder To Overhead, 2 Box Jumps
Round 3 is: 3/3/3
Round 4 is: 4/4/4
Score is total rounds completed plus any additional reps if you were in the middle of a round when time expires.
About the wod
This is a tribute workout for Veteran’s Day, but also a nod to an annual event I host at my gym called “Battle Buddies”
I started Battle Buddies in 2017 as part of an initiative called “Project L.O.D.” which allows honorably discharged veterans to workout at my gym for free.
