- 4 Rounds for Total Reps in 15 minutes
- 1 minute Shuttle Runs
- 1 minute Air Squats
- 1 minute Burpees
- 1 minute Rest
On a 15-minute clock, perform 1 minute of work at each of the 3 stations for 4 rounds. Move immediately to the next station after 1 minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. One-minute break is allowed before repeating each round.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 15-minute clock stops.
