On a 12-minute clock, perform the prescribed work in each minute. Rotate to the next station after 1 minute. For the first minute, athletes must perform 9 Burpees for men and 7 Burpees for women. For the second minute, perform 20 Sit-Ups. For the third minute, perform 50 Double-Unders. Repeat 4 times.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 12-minute clock stops.
