With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work. Athlete must complete 21 Burpees and 21 Air Squats before moving on to 15 Burpees and 15 Air Squats and 9 Burpees and 9 Air Squats. Continue with the pattern for 15-12-9 reps of Burpees and Push-Ups and 12-9-6 reps of Burpees and Lunges.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Lunges is completed.
