- EMOM for 10 minutes
- Odd minutes: 15 Burpees
- Even minutes: 30 Russian Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
On a 10-minute clock, every minute on the minute (EMOM) perform the prescribed movement. For the odd minutes, complete 15 Burpees. For the even minutes, accomplish 30 Russian Kettlebell Swings.
Score is the total repetitions completed before the 10-minute stops.
