- Bench press 135/95
- Run (add "0"...so 300 meters-200-100, etc)
-Score is the amount of time it takes to complete all 5 rounds.
-If you don't have a barbell available, use DBs. You may also do a DB floor press if there is no bench available.
-The bench press reps are not meant to be unbroken; a good rule of thumb is to use a load that you can complete for 10 reps.
-You may change the run to a row if you have a rower available.
