“Attack Mode”

Coach Creation WOD

  • 5 Rounds for Time
  • 10 Power Cleans (205/145 lb)
  • 10 Bar Facing Burpees
  • 20 calorie Row
  • 10 Bar Facing Burpees

Complete 5 rounds of the above movements as quickly as possible. Power Cleans go to the ground each rep. Each burpee must be bar facing. The Rower must be reset each round.

Score is time to complete 5 rounds.


Scale loading to ~70% of a 1RM Power Clean.
