CrossFit Antipolis Home WOD
- For Time
- 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
- Floor Presses
- Bent Over Rows
- 10 meter Backpack Hug Walk
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. For the first round, athlete will complete 10 Floor Presses, 10 Bent Over Rows and 10 x 10 meter Backpack Hug Walk. For the second round, 9 Floor Presses, 9 Bent Over Rows and 9 x 10 meter Backpack Hug Walk, and so on.
Score is the time on the clock when the last set 10 meter Backpack Hug Walk is completed.
Movement Standards
Floor Press: Lay on the ground and hold the backpack on your chest. Perform a Strict Press with the bag. This counts as one rep.
Backpack Hug Walk: Hug the Backpack in front of you and walk the prescribed distance.
