“Antipolis Home WOD 5”
CrossFit Antipolis Home WOD
- Five 2-minute AMRAPs in 18 minutes
- 5 Down Ups
- 10 Hang to Overheads (pick object and load)
- 20 Shoulder Taps
- Rest 2 minutes between AMRAPs
This workout consists of 5 rounds of 2-minute AMRAPs with 2-minute rest between rounds. For each AMRAP, athlete must complete as many repetitions as possible of 5 Down Ups, 10 Hang to Overheads and 20 Shoulder Taps.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 18-minute clock stops.
Down Up: This is also referred to a Half Burpee wherein from the standing position, athlete gets down to a Plank Hold position without the chest touching the ground and elbows fully locked out then back up to the standing position. This counts as one rep.
Hang to Overhead: From the hang positions, lift the chosen object to overhead. You can do a Clean-and-Jerk, Muscle Snatch, or Power Snatch.
Shoulder Tap: From the Plank Hold position, touch the right shoulder with the left hand and the left shoulder with the right hand. This counts as one rep.
