- 30-20-10 Russian Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
- 30-20-10 Goblet Squats (24/16 kg)
- 60-40-20 Sit-Ups
With a running clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“). Athlete will start with 30 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 30 Goblet Squats, and 60 Sit-Ups. For the next round, complete 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 20 Goblet Squats, and 40 Sit-Ups. Finally on the 3rd round, accomplish 10 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 10 Goblet Squats, and 20 Sit-Ups.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Sit-Ups is completed.
