  • Push-Ups
  • Rest 3 minutes
  • 9-15-21 reps of:
  • Dumbbell Swings (50/35 lb)
  • Push-Ups

With a running clock, complete the prescribed work as fast as possible (“For Time“). Athlete must complete 21 Ground-to-Overheads, 21 Push-Ups, 15 Ground-to-Overheads, 15 Push-Ups, 9 Ground-to-Overheads, and 9 Push-Ups. Rest 3 minutes. Then complete 9 Dumbbell Swings, 9 Push-Ups, 15 Dumbbell Swings, 15 Push-Ups, 21 Dumbbell Swings, and 21 Push-Ups.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Push-Ups is completed.
