- Five 3-minute AMRAPs in 23 minutes
- 20 Front Rack Lateral Lunges (50/35 lb)
- 15 High-Pulls (50/35 lb)
- Max Goblet Squats (50/35 lb)
- Rest 2 minutes
On a 23-minute clock, complete as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in 3 minutes for 5 rounds with 2-minute rest between rounds. Each 3-minute AMRAP consists of 20 Front Rack Lateral Lunges, 15 High-Pulls, and in the remaining time, maximum repetitions of Goblet Squats.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 23-minute clock is completed.
