CrossFit SixtyFive100 Memorial WOD
- For Time (with a Partner)
- 1,442 Air Squats* (together)
- *After every 200 Air Squats, perform the designated number of Ball Cleans (20/14 lb) (each):
- 200: 2 Ball Cleans
- 400: 1 Ball Clean
- 600: 20 Ball Cleans
- 800: 19 Ball Cleans
- 1,000: 2 Ball Cleans
- 1,200: 1 Ball Clean
- 1,400: 20 Ball Cleans
- 1,442: 19 Ball Cleans
- Wear a Weight Vest (9/6 kg)
- Time Cap: 45 minutes
Divide the Air squats between partners in any size reps – partners may work simultaneously.
For the Ball Cleans, each partner must do the prescribed number of reps. For example, after 200 Air Squats, both athletes should do 2 Ball Cleans – one partner working at a time.
Do Air Squats without additional weights or do 1442 reps in team of 3 or 4.
Or, if you do it alone, do 721 Air Squats and half the repetitions (round up) for each set of Ball Cleans.

Background: This memorial workout is dedicated to Coach Andre, owner and founder of CrossFit SixtyFive100 @crossfitsixtyfive100 (Vaasa Finland), who died on February 1, 2019, at a tragic avalanche accident in Norway.
This workout was designed by Coach Tom Lunabba @lunabbatom to keep Andre’s memory alive. Several boxes in Finland did the workout on January 4, 2020.
