American Kettlebell Swings (locked overhead.) Scale to Russian Swings.

Perform the Swings at the start line of a 50' track. Crawl forwards for 50' and then crawl backwards to the start line for the next set of swings. Standard bear crawl position- "quadruped" position with bent knees and hips at shoulder height. no gymnastics crawls (straight legs.)
