2019 CrossFit Games Age Group Online Qualifier WOD #4
- AMRAP in 8 minutes
- 45 Thrusters (95/65 lb)
- 45 Toes-to-Bars
- 45 Cleans (95/65 lb)
- 45 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
The workout begins with the barbell on the floor and the athlete standing tall. After the call of “3, 2, 1 … go,” the athlete will perform 45 thrusters, 45 toes-to-bars, 45 cleans, and finally, 45 chest-to-bar pull-ups. The athlete then may begin the next round, starting again with thrusters (details in Movement Standards section).
The athlete’s score will be the total number of repetitions completed before the 8-minute time cap. There is no tiebreak for this workout
Qualifier participants will be ranked according to their performances across five workouts. But unlike the Open, athletes will have just four days to complete all four Qualifier events. The top 20 athletes in each division will advance to the 2019 Reebok CrossFit Games.
