2019 CrossFit Games Age Group Online Qualifier WOD #2

- 80 Bar-Facing Burpees

- Time Cap: 30 minutes
The workout begins with the barbell on the floor and the athlete standing tall. After the call of “3, 2, 1… go,” the athlete will perform 80 bar-facing burpees before advancing to the Concept2 rower to pull 4,000 meters (details in Movement Standards section).
The workout is over when the rower monitor reads 4,000 meters or the clock reaches 30 minutes.
The athlete’s score is the time it takes to complete the workout or the amount of work completed by the cutoff time. Each meter on the rower will be equal to 1 rep. Scores must be submitted in elapsed time. Do not use a countdown timer.
There is no tiebreak for this workout.
Qualifier participants will be ranked according to their performances across five workouts. But unlike the Open, athletes will have just four days to complete all four Qualifier events. The top 20 athletes in each division will advance to the 2019 Reebok CrossFit Games.
