With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must complete 9 Muscle-Ups and 9 Squat Snatches before moving on to 7 reps of each movement down to 5 reps.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Squat Snatches is completed.

Movement Standards

Muscle-Up: In the Muscle-Up, you must begin with, or pass through, a hang below the Rings with arms fully extended (with or without a ‘false grip’) and the feet off the ground. The elbows must be fully locked out while supporting yourself above the Rings. Kipping the Muscle-Up is acceptable, but swings or rolls to support are not permitted. If consecutive Kipping Muscle-Ups are performed, a change of direction below the Rings is required.

Snatch: The Barbell begins on the ground. Touch-and-go is permitted. No bouncing. Athletes MUST receive the Barbell in the bottom of the Overhead Squat position, with the hip crease below the top of the knee.  The Barbell must come to full lockout overhead with the hips, knees and arms fully extended, and the Bar directly over the middle of the body.

Background: "AGOQ 14.2" was the 2nd of 4 total WODs in the 2014 CrossFit Games Age Group Online Qualifier competition.

The qualifier decides the 20 fittest masters and teenagers from every division who will each receive a ticket to the CrossFit Games. In 2010, the first masters divisions were created. In 2013, the 40-44 Masters Division joined the fray.
