“3 Step Method”

  • 30 Rounds for Time
  • 1 Squat Clean (135/95 lb)
  • 2 Alternating Reverse Lunges (135/95 lb)

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 30 rounds. Athlete must complete 1 Squat Clean and 2 Alternating Reverse Lunges every round.

Score is the time on the clock when the last set of Alternating Reverse Lunges is completed.
