- 400 meter Walking Lunges (20/14 lb Vest)
- At 25:00, without the Vest, perform:
- 400 meter Walking Lunges
Start the workout with 400 meter Walking Lunges while wearing a Weight Vest. At 25:00 mark, remove the Weight Vest and perform another 400 meter Walking Lunges.
Score is the time to complete the second 400 meter Walking Lunges without the Weight Vest.
